Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: your dog's tab → Delete account. This removes your account data. You can also write to us from the address you signed up with (see Contact).
What happens to my photos and data?
To create a read, photos are sent to WagRead's server and Google's Gemini for analysis. Photos are used to read your dog and can be kept in your private chart. You can delete reads, and WagRead does not use ad trackers or sell your data.
Is WagRead medical advice?
No. WagRead gives AI reads and photo checks, not diagnoses. If you are worried about your dog, see your vet.
The read seems wrong.
Try a clearer photo at your dog's eye level with ears, eyes and mouth visible. A read can be wrong because a photo misses context, movement and history.
